Budweiser has been making Super Bowl commercials for 37 consecutive years.
But in light of the challenges America faced during the pandemic, we knew we could put our $5 million media budget to better use.
So we sat out the game and announced that Budweiser was reallocating those dollars to educate the public about COVID-19 vaccines instead.
It was more important that we see everyone at next year’s game than for them to see us at this one. And by making this sacrifice now, we hope we can all share a Bud together again soon.
